The PTFE wiped block is assembled on glass lined agitating bar for wiping the feeding fluid at the 130rpm rotating speed, the fluid is wiped on the inner shell by rotated PTFE block to forming the big area evaporating film, the moisture is evaporated by the heated shell(160 ℃) for pumping into condenser under the vacuum operating.
The moisture is evporated in second from effluent fluid, the treated viscous solution which left core component is flowed down from the bottom nozzle of evaporator, now the solution temperature is below 70℃,the PP or stainless steel recept slot can be used on storage.
