Due to process requirements, real-time monitoring of the acidity and alkalinity of materials in pipelines is necessary, and it cannot be conveniently detected using a general acidity meter like other pipelines. 1. Glass lined mixer acidity meter acidity display instrument: installed at the top of the acidity meter, with a sensor connected to the probe at the bottom. Generally, a digital display should be selected for easy visibility. If display is required on the control computer, a connection terminal that can be connected to the output line should be selected for more convenient operation. If customization is required in special circumstances, the supply and demand parties should negotiate and determine it.
2. Customers should specify when placing an order that an acidity meter needs to be configured, so that we can reserve an interface for installing the acidity meter on the glass lined mixer cover. This interface is usually made in the form of a flat welded flange connection; The acidity meter should be made in a style similar to a temperature sleeve that can be directly inserted into the material in the pipeline, and inserted as deeply as possible into the material, with a pH detection head at the low end.
3. Selection of pH detection head for acidity meter: There are two types: domestically produced and imported, with a significant price difference. Customers should inform us of the material characteristics to choose a suitable and cost-effective probe. The material characteristics include pH, reaction temperature, and viscosity. If it is a general material, choose a domestically produced one. If it is a highly corrosive material with a high reaction temperature, choose an imported one. In addition, it is also related to the stirring type and speed.
