Lining Process
Compression Molding: PTFE powder pressed → sintered at 360~380°C → cooling (thickness≥2.5mm)
Winding Sintering: Tape-wound PTFE → step-sintering (CTFE for severe corrosion)
Connection Integrity
Flange faces fully covered, rolled edge R≥4mm (per HG/T 3704)
Quality Verification
Spark test (15kV/mm no leakage), vacuum test (-0.09MPa/30min no collapse)
